Exploring Lisbon on foot was a delight, strolling through the charming streets of Bairro Alto and taking in the breathtaking views from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

The hotel had a beautiful and modern decor with lovely lighting that created a cozy atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were amazing, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and pointing out the main sights and tram stop.

the lack of food options at the restaurant, apart from breakfast, was disappointing.

Experiencing a luxurious stay at this hotel was a dream come true. the staff was always at my service, providing exclusive amenities with grace. the room offered private facilities that made me feel pampered, and the restaurant served delicious special diet menus. the location advantages put me in the heart of where things happen.

The only minor issue was the loud music by the pool, which didn't match the comfy atmosphere. But when I requested relaxing music, the friendly barman kindly turned it down.

During my first stay, the staff kindly helped with my luggage. This hotel suits me perfectly, offering Wi-Fi, a bar, and a swimming pool. With a 24-hour reception and flat-screen TV, it's ideal for my trip. I keep coming back without any regrets.

The hotel is located in the BEST area of the city, close to high end designer shops. The rooms are spacious and cosy. The rooftop pool, although small, is lovely. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We loved staying on the beautiful boulevard in the BEST area of this city, directly opposite a Metro station for easy transportation to explore the center of the town. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a nice terrace and rooftop, and the cleanliness was great. The staff were nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Nothing to fault.

The room was really comfortable with a super cozy seating area and the soundproofing made it extra peaceful. As a vegan, the electric kettle was a great help for making my own herbal teas.

I personally didn't use the minibar, but others might find it convenient.

Met daring architects, had continental breakfast, enjoyed Nuno Queiroz's delights, and explored theater and luxury shops on Avenida da Liberdade. St George's Castle was 2.8 km from my property.

Spent a fortune on a beer at the rooftop bar. Ridiculously overpriced, so didn't go back.

Impressive food variety, including hot breakfast, dairy products, fruit, cakes, and drinks to cater to all tastes. Excellent value for money, surpassed our expectations.

At this hotel, the morning ritual of sipping coffee in the room felt like a scene from a luxury film. The captivating street views from the large windows made me feel like a character in a stylish movie, with the city as my backdrop, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee as my soundtrack.

Bed was uncomfortable.
